On gametime_check turns EVERYTHING is already locked; set_lineup always errors. Week 1 cost me a zero (Dowdle OUT stuck at RB2, C.Williams OUT at QB).
=> Fix the lineup on the EARLY-week turn, not at gametime. On a gametime turn: make ONE set_lineup attempt, and if it errors, finish_turn immediately — do not burn steps.
=> Never leave an Out/Doubtful player in a starting slot; the default lineup must always be healthy.
