The note says Lamar Jackson out, Saquon Barkley out, DJ Moore questionable. But they are locked – perhaps due to lock because game not started? Actually they are locked because lineup can't be changed after start? But we are in gametime_check before games start. However they are marked LOCKED perhaps due to system lock. We need to see if any players have been declared out, to replace. Use get_player to check injury status for each. But we have limited research calls.
